Regulatory Affairs

Crimson is apprised of legislation and regulatory change to ensure our clients are meeting current requirements. We are fluent in the regulatory process for upstream and midstream oil and gas for the four western provinces (BCER, AER, MER, MB Environmental), federally in Canada and in some states, including Colorado and North Dakota. Crimson works with our clients to ensure that the proper permits to construct and operate projects are scheduled and in place to facilitate licensing and seamless operation. We maintain relations with all regulators and ensure transparency on all projects. Crimson also assists clients who have enforcement issues by working through nonconformance concerns in a respectful and successful manner to the regulator’s satisfaction. Environmental Management

Together, our team specialize in environmental management with a focus on air, water and waste issues. Water diversion, intake, storage, processing and disposal projects are all within our scope. Crimson has successfully partnered with engineering firms to construct leading edge frac water storage and processing facilities, to allow our clients the ability to recycle frac water and eliminating the need for disposal.
